this site was created on a whim and intended as an inside joke between two friends, one in new york, the other in california. eventually, it caught a little buzz around binghamton university and the university of california santa barbara. then it just…took off.
this site has been called a lot of things both good and bad. asians have called it racist, asians have called it great. non asians have called it racist, non asians have called it great.
I appreciate the support of those who do understand the light-hearted nature and true intention of the site and the concerns of those who think otherwise.
I’m glad to have contributed to the one thing I love so much…the internet, but moreso to have contributed to a global conversation on race and stereotypes that I never anticipated being apart of.
the site will no longer be updated because quite frankly, I think it’s run it’s course. I have learned a lot from the criticism, praise and commentary. thank you.
